Which is why unlike what happened in 2009, the rules should be very clear and not open even to misinterpretation. The worse example of cheating was and you may recall this Mr Head, when Toyota in '95 I think ( I kept that cutting from The Times which showed a Celica jumping over a hump with the headline ' Toyota blasts itself off the rally track ' ) when they used an illegal component in their turbocharger. That they disguised it so it couldn't be found took motorsport to new depths in circumventing the rules.
