According to Metro quoting FIFA agent Fabio Parsi, RVP has signed a contract with Juventus.
Is this the end of the saga, i wonder.

Wooo hoooo ... now we can get on with the start of the new season. Hopefully the muppets running the club have a contingency plan in place for this very situation - if they don't - off with their heads !!

Just read the article .. it looks like its a "hunch" he has, not anything factual. Balls, I was hoping that was the end of the saga.

Good I hope the stories aren't true because he is still and Arsenal player and we should keep him for the remainder of his contract

Agreed. We have to move on, or at least the club should let the fans know what is happening. I understand it is a business and all, but what do they expect the fans to do if RVP stays? Wont we all be thinking he'll be off in January?
We need a clear statement - even if its that he is staying till January then going. better for everyone - the club has had enough doubt surrounding it over th elast few years. It's crippling.

The management of this club seems to spend an inordinate amount of time shifting deckchairs on the Titanic so to speak. There is rarely a clear path that can be discerned through their actions, much like that illustration of Basil Fawlty which Polly did in the episode on the Irish builders who blocked off the entrance to the dining room in error. You'll remember the picture showed a conglomeration of junk on top of Fawlty's head. Fawlty who was going on a short break with Sybil dismissed the picture as a piece of nothing and a waste of time. Manuel who came along in the same scene recognised it at once as Basil.
This mob in management never recognise their own faults. We wouldn't be where we are had they done so.

You have described the most frustrating thing about our club. The management appears to not know what they are doing day to day. More importantly they refuse to add any clarity that would put fans minds at rest and disprove that concern! Its always 'radio silence'

It looks as though RVP may be staying... a bit of buzz on twitter that the new signings may well have made him change his mind... lets hope this is true... if so he needs to make another statement!

I've done a thread elsewhere that looks at the shocking way he has been treated by our 'fans'. How will they react if he stays and plays well?
