Well I just wanted to know who your favourite rival players were past and present in the Premier League. And forget about if they were cunts or not, just form your view on their abilities on the pitch.
For me it's difficult.
I admired a lot of players when I was growing up.
Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbank, Gudjohnsen, Scholes (not at his best anymore), Giggs (not at his best anymore), C.Ronaldo, Drogba....
Present, I admire Yaya Toure, David Silva, Mata, Ramires, C. Tevez....
A lot of you are older than I am, so there may be more players who set foot in the PL that I am unaware of because I didn't have the luxury of watching them play frequently e.g. Cantona, Gianfranco Zola. I mean, I saw a bit of Zola, but not when he was truly at his best; I seem to recall watching him more toward the end of his career.
What about you guys? Past and present, who are you favourite rival players?

Zola is one of my faviourite Premier League players and he was a good man on and off the pitch so you couldnt hate the guy. another Chelsea boy that I liked was tore andre flo and I hate to say it but I always admired David Ginola and paul gascoigne. Scholes and Gascoigne were the two most talented English players that I have ever seen.
In more recent times I liked Drogba despite the fact that he used to destroy us. Power agression and technicaly very gifted, in his prime he had all the atribute to be a world class player but I dont think he was rated as highly by some teams in Europe which was a shame. Nice guy off the pitch to.

Gosh Ammaar I had to think hard on this one. I thought over much of the last decade it might be Gabriel Agbonlahor whom I had once thought some years back may have come over to Arsenal but quite honestly that's about it if that especially as I would rather we cream the opposition each time we met them
