What the hell are you on about ? I don't agree with you about Gazidis and you start making obscure / aggressive comments towards me I read in the introduction to this forum that it was supposed to be about respect and being allowed to differ with opinions, debated in an adult way ? Doesn't really appear to be like that here unfortunately.

;D If we football fans are one thing, it's fickle. If he stays, I will cheer his name. If he goes, he will be a ****.
a recent remark from an old friend. Contradicting himself on a regular basis.

There is an awful slimy little prick who moderates on another site. He's a bit of a laughing stock, setting up lots of accounts so he can agree with himself in the midst of debates... horrible little fellow. This person is not welcome here and some of our members are being a little over zealous in ensuring the slimy little toad does not show himself here. Debate away

Sensi has made some vaild points - even if the majority seem disagree with them. I want to hear some more views on what Gazidis has done well, please Thank you, at least someone seems to have a sense of fair play on here. I think Gazidis has done okay, because he is taking the club forward on a commercial level and maximizing our revenue streams. When we signed the contracts with our sponsors at emirates, we basically got a bad deal. Now he is renegotiating most of our commercial deals and our brand abroad. Look at Utd, this is what they do really well and it rewards them handsomely. We have a 6Ok stadium, but we've lacked other revenue streams that can rake in the money. Gazidis is starting to turn Arsenal into an international brand, rather than simply a North London club. Also, since he's been on board, we have been more active in the transfer market, than the previous few seasons since our move from Highbury. This summer looks like it could be really good one in the transfer market. Not since David Dein was sacked, have we seen such an exciting prospect for new and EXPERIENCED players. The man is doing a decent job, I don't think he deserves the criticism that some on here are giving him. I don't expect you to all agree with me, but the tone of some of the comments and bizarre and unfriendly nature of them, is making me wonder if this forum actually demonstrates what it claims to be, a fair and safe place to post views about Arsenal.

Well - at least we don't have Glazer as our owners. They borrowed money to pay off their own debts and now they're taking money from Utd's revenue streams to pay the money they owe back.
Would be really incensed if that happened at Arsenal.

So what other forums would you suggest are a safe and fair place to post about Arsenal?
Just out of curiosity...

Is this how you treat all of your new members if they don't agree with the 'clique' ?
Bergkmap a Dutch Master - I don't know why you are acting so suspiciously. Maybe you've got me confused with someone who you've clearly had a falling out with on not606? I didn't really use it much, but to put your mind at ease my name was ADG.
I'm hoping that you start give me a bit more faith in your abilities to moderate this forum, because so far, it looks like a child's playground.

You might be right - but with the majority of shares, it's Kroenke that will make all those decisions. Our only hope is that he thinks the share price is as high as it is going to get ans sells. If he did he would make hundreds of millions in one day.

Sensi - while I take the point that transfers "can" take time, they never take time for us when we do things properly and identify what we need and go for it. We did it with Gervinho and OXO, we did it with Pod and Giroud. Now it looks like we have done it with Cazorla. So I don't see why we continually drag our feet with some transfers.
If the player wants to come to us there should be no problem, but our penny pinching seems to be issues especially when clubs openly say what they will accept for a player.

I think Kronke is in for the long haul. But I wouldn't be opposed to Usmanov coming on board. I think a mix of personal investment and club revenues could be a good recipe for success at Arsenal

Sensi - you do understand Kroenke is bad news, don't you?
