Really? He reminds me of a more skillful version of Ibrahimovic. But I agree Lewandowski is class.
Look at this:
Brilliant with his back to goal, nimbly feet, developed a great understanding with Goetze & Kagawa in midfield, cool as you like in front of goal, aerially dominant, bullies centre backs and times his runs almost perfectly.
He could be one of the best strikers in the world soon enough.
EDIT: Embedded because everyone deserves to look at that exceptional video.

From what I saw of Lewandowski at the Euros I thought he was a target man, I haven't seen him play for Dortmund though, I didn't realise he was a skilful technical player - like RVP. Certainly no point having 2 target men. We'd have no chance getting Lewandowski though .. so remove such thoughts from your heads !!! He's very skillful and also has the unexpected in him - as well as being a target man. Top player.

Ok. From the video I can see his is skilful with lots of flicks and stuff. He doesn't twist and turn and leave defenders on the floor like RVP .. I think thats what I associate with RVP as well as sublime finishing.
Looks like a very good player though

West Ham just signed Alou Diarra for £2m! I know he's 31 but that is a great buy in my oppinion and we could have done with someone like that especially if Song was leaving. He would have made a decent squad player at least.

ManUre are chasing Lewandowski as a back up plan in case they don't sign RvP.

I dont understand why they are after another striker? surely their strike force is one of the strongest aspects of their team. Their weakness at the moment is their midfield which is pretty dire.

Chelsea have sent Lukaku on loan, obviously a new striker is iminent. I'm intrigued as to who it may be, Cavani is the most likely.

I don't understand it either. They've signed Kagawa obviously, but he won't drop back, they need a real CM, in the De Rossi mould.

I would definitely rather sell van Persie to PSG than Man United.
Lesser of the two evils as they say.

''Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is reportedly readying a move for Spanish Under 21 international Isco as the Gunners manager look to secure his second Malaga capture of the summer. The La Liga side are struggling financially after the club’s Qatari owners excessive spending spree last summer and are now looking to sell off players to help balance the books.
Santi Cazorla and Salomon Rondon have been sold to Arsenal to Rubin Kazan respectively and now 20 year old midfielder Isco, who has been compared to Cesc Fabregas, is the latest La Rosaleda asset who could be sold to help ease the financial crisis at the club.''
Would definitely take Isco, Isco is class.

Is co is decent .. I agree. If we are being linked to these players reliably this is a definite change in approach and this is something I am sure we are all keen to see. A couple more seasons of purchases like these and our sub standard squad will actually be filled with quality.
