I see we are reported today to be interested in Celtic's South Korean midfielder Ki Sung Yeung 23 (Daily Fail) and Anderlecht midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate 22 (The Times).

Rumours are floating around that Song has 'agreed personal terms' with Barca according to his agent Darren Dein. Grrrrr.

Darren Dein .. not a son of David ... surely LOL. If the sale of Song forces the club's hand to buy a proper DM I won't be particularly sad.

Will be very pissed off if we lose Song. Got a feeling he is going to be a major star when he plays his proper position/game

I heard RVP is on his way to Manchester today to discuss personal terms , all of a sudden this transfer window looks bad again. RVP and Song possibly going and now we hear the Sahin deal doesn’t look likely so our midfield definitely needs added to and so does our strikers if RVP does go.

Well maybe they have a plan. Maybe they have seen our midfield needs strengthening and selling Song is part of it. No problem with that as long as we buy in better quality

Sir Alex Ferguson on van Persie:
''We've made a bid, they've been trying to negotiate with other clubs. We have to persevere. Hopefully it comes our way. I don't have a gut feeling about it. We can't get a break through with Arsenal. I don't know what Arsenal's thoughts are because they're not giving anything away.''
Please God, please don't let us sell Robin to Man United....

No problem with that as long as we buy in better quality you must be dreaming HH its our board after all so I expect to hear that Frimpong and Coquelin will step up to replace Song and the other players returning will be "like new signings". Looks like were back to business as usual with Stan filling his pockets and Gazidis covering for him...and they call Usmanov the crook

Why is it that anyone who signs with Darren Dein always leaves us?

If it's going to happen, let it happen quickly with enough time to get the squad into shape for the first game, we cannot afford a repeat of last season's start. Once again the Board and Wenger are on notice sort it or get out.
